1. Shipping region and delivery time
   Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Bulgaria, covering global delivery (Note: If there are any restricted areas, please provide additional explanations).
   Processing time: After the order is confirmed, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (for customized products, it may be extended and needs to be separately explained).
   Logistics partners: Cooperate with international logistics companies such as DHL and FedEx to ensure the reliability of transportation.
2. Transportation costs
   The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination, the size/weight of the goods, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
   Within Bulgaria: Free shipping for orders over 200 Lev is offered (if applicable).
   Eu countries: Tariffs are included (DDP clause), no additional charges; Tariffs from non-EU regions shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Logistics tracking and update
   After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link (sent to the order email address).
   If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact: contact@furnituretionx.com.
4. Delay and Force majeure
   Extreme weather, customs inspections, etc. may cause delays. We will notify you by email.
   If the delay exceeds 15 days, you can apply for a full refund or continue to wait (the policy must be clearly stated).
5. Signature for receipt and inspection
   Be sure to check the appearance of the package. If it is damaged, please take photos for record and contact customer service within 48 hours.
   If lost during transportation, we will resend or refund it free of charge (proof of logistics investigation is required).
6. Returns and Refunds
   We will cover the return shipping cost for any damage or error caused by transportation. Returns not due to quality issues are at the buyer’s own expense.
   The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after the return is accepted.
