  1. Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the particularity of furniture and home decoration products (such as customized production, high transportation costs for large items, and impact on secondary sales after opening), we currently do not accept any form of returns or refunds, including but not limited to:
    The size/color does not match expectations (please refer to the size diagram and color difference description on the detail page before purchase).
    Due to changes in the customer’s subjective preferences (such as style, material, etc.);
    Unsealed, assembled or used goods.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (contact@furnituretionx.com) within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos, videos), and we will negotiate a solution for you:
    Transportation damage: Obvious damage occurs to the goods during the distribution process.
    Goods do not match the description: The received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect model, missing accessories).
  3. Precautions
    Inspection obligation: Please be sure to check the appearance and quantity of the goods on the spot when signing for them. Do not accept abnormal packages.
    Customized products: Personalized customized products (such as specified sizes and colors) cannot be cancelled once they are ordered and produced.
    Promotional items: Special offer/clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable by default. For details, please refer to the event page.
